RK ROYAL KLUDGE RK96 Wireless Mechanical Keyboard

Tal cual la imágen, es bastante comodo y funcional. Me encantaron los modos variados de iluminación.

So new keyboard at the top and the one I'm returning at the bottom. I'm currently in the process of putting all the keycaps back. I much prefer the aesthetics of the keyboard I'm returning (RK-96) over the new one (RK-S98) which frustrates me because I'm keeping the new one for the fact that it is truly customizable in the software. I can even edit what happens to each key after holding the function key! and I can add a second function key with a whole other layer of commands to every single key on the board! And when I twist the knob to change the volume on the computer it actually changes the volume! The RK-96 has that scroll wheel for volume but after a certain amount of time of doing nothing the keyboard will turn off and that scroll wheel won't wake it up. On the (RK-S98) turning the knob will wake it up and then change the volume.

Also the key switches on the RK-S98 are better than on the RK-96. they're more resistive and quieter.

Awesome keyboard. It is my go to for my WFH job. Good quality and build, easy to use and set up with multiple devices.

Using it for my work from home setup. Works as intended.

Everything else is ok because I can't see the letters I have to keep looking.

Usability

I don't know why other named brand keyboards charge more than $150. I got this on special. Out of the box I really love the color combination, size, the feel of the yellow switches (more precision than the red one). I like how compact it is at the same time having all the keys I need including the numpad. The rolling volume knob, everything!

I don't do pc gaming a lot but I use this mostly for work. I highly recommend this Keyboard! Great Job RK!

This key board is awesome! I don’t know much about them, but this is my first nice keyboard and I LOVE IT!

It sounds so good and it’s very easy to set up in addition to the enjoyable clicks of every key, when writing emails and papers!

Very great quality, and feels super nice. Everything is in working order, and the RGB color settings are super pretty and there's a lot of different modes to choose from! The yellow switches also sound good and feel buttery smooth when pressing! The material feels super great, has good weight, and feels sturdy. I very much recommend!!

Update 1/8: I requested for a replacement and it works perfectly. So far I have not had any issues :)

I purchased an epomaker previously and it didn't work. I returned that one and ordered this one and this one arrived with a broken piece. I'm a little disappointed because everything else is awesome and works but for the price I expect it to be in perfect condition.

The quality is there, the price is right, and the product is just good all around.

RK knocks it out of the park. Great mechanical keyboard, great pricing, and excellent quality. A definite buy again product for me.

In general good keyboard with a decent feel. I wish the spacebar sounded a bit more clickety than two plastic bodies hitting each other. But the reason I took a star off is because of the damage to the bottom of the hand rest that I discovered later. I hate damaged products being shipped. Not even minor ones. This was clearly someone jabbing a flathead screw driver and this base shouldn’t have been shopped.

My husband's a gamer and he's been wanting a new keyboard. I saw this and thought that he might like this one. He has ADHD and he likes to express himself through gaming and this keyboard allows you to change out the keys if he wants to. It's very different then other keyboards I have had so I thought it would be cool, he seems to like it and the keys are easy to push and it's lightweight.

Unbelievable value for money. Weighs a ton, wired and wireless works well…
Keys feel superb, I’m surprised how well I’ve been able to shift to using this.

Seriously, this is a few levels up from the plastic stuff you can buy at a similar price elsewhere.

Excellent keyboard feels good to the touch the RGB is gorgeous it's got tons of options lots of interfaces good connectivity extremely versatile, good color maybe that's my taste haha but it looks amazing your RGB options have so much functionality your head will spin and the RGB lighting is extremely dynamic and I mean you can go into such depths just on something aesthetic but at the same time this thing is Rock solid, extremely adaptable and it's got good software in which you download yeah I highly recommend this to my friends and family and I didn't get anything for free trust me I paid quite a bit for this thing but it's worth every penny, hell I wish I could chill out for some free stuff and put up a compromise review and not have to pay for once JK but no this is a very nice keyboard because of it I look for this brand first now when I'm deciding on buying something else because the quality and everything the packaging you know the fit and finish as they say I mean it's blown away I've always had regular kind of you know basic Walmart store level keyboards I never had anything like this that was so nice and well thought out the entire product like the presentation the aesthetics the packaging just the whole vibe of the company like I'm like level 10 impressed and like I said I'm not getting anything out of this I've been that guy that's looking for something and don't know what to get I've been him many times and if I can help anyone out I'll do it, you will not be sorry if you get this keyboard.

Great keyboard. Feels nice works great. They keys aren’t super “thocky” but nice none the less.

Nice quality, practical, and the keys are interchangeable. My only complaint is the weight — why is such a small keyboard heavier than my full‑size mechanical one?

Very good keyboard good features bluetooth and wireless option multiple devices at the sane time . Battery life ia ok a little hwavy but good consteuction materilas . Love the colors

The keyboard is compact and very functional. The only thing that is a slight negative is the keys are not transparent and the RGB lights do not shine through them but around them. Apart from that I find the keyboard very good.

Incredible feel for the price, exactly what I was looking for.

Don’t loose the instructions!

Good quality overall but the volume roller feels a bit cheap
