This headphone set absolutely rocks!

I'm not a gamer, I'm a programmer and do quite a lot of work from home. And we all know what a pain it is to try to hold on to a cell phone while you're typing on a computer. Nobody likes being out on a speakerphone, and my laptop's mic just doesn't cut the mustard.

But with these, I just pair to Bluetooth and I'm good. Crank up the music while I work and when a VOIP call comes in I can just take it. Sound quality is excellent and the mic sensitivity is perfect.

And it pairs easily with both my Win11 and Linux boxes. No muss, no fuss. It just works.

There are different pairing options which are more in tune with gamers, and in all honesty more than I'll ever need.

So these guys get 5 full stars for a good product that works as advertised. Excellent quality and excellent sound!

Solid set of gaming headphones. I use them on PC, XBOX and PS5, and it works great on all. They are fairly light with decent battery life. Very good value at this price point. Microphone is clear and sound quality is good. Great pick.

RK Royal Kludge consistently impresses with their products, and their gaming headphones are no exception. They connect seamlessly to my PC, laptop, Switch, and phone, making them incredibly versatile. One of the standout features is their lightweight yet durable design, which ensures comfort during extended use. The sound quality is exceptional, allowing me to hear every detail, especially when playing WoW.

The battery charges quickly, usually in about two hours, and typically lasts close to a week before needing a recharge. The headphones are easily adjustable and fit comfortably, thanks to the plush ear cups that also provide effective noise cancellation. I love that I can wear them for hours without discomfort, thanks to the padded headband.

The detachable microphone offers crisp and clear audio while minimizing background noise, which I greatly appreciate. Additionally, the volume wheel is a convenient feature that allows for easy sound level adjustments on the fly.

Setting up the RGB lighting is straightforward; I can choose to have it cycle through colors or opt for a solid hue. I've noticed that turning off the RGB significantly extends battery life. The Bluetooth connection is reliable, and I haven’t experienced any disconnections.

I also appreciate that they include a USB-A to USB-C adapter and an audio cable. Overall, these headphones are fantastic for gaming and serve well for other uses as well. At under $60, they offer incredible value.

I’ll start by saying that I have no hesitation recommending this at the price point. We’re talking gaming headsets, and then around $50. Expectations should be tempered. Overall, I’ve paid twice as much for a gaming headset of much lower quality. Let’s cover the features.

It has a detachable mic, which is always great for convenience if not talking to others at a given time or often. The quality isn’t great, but it also is completely serviceable. Audio quality is noticeably more hollow than say the MCHOSE V9 Turbo+, but that headset costs twice as much. Connection was quick and did not drop. Comfort wise, it’s not perfect. It clamps a bit more than I’d like and the ear cups don’t swivel. Overall build quality is however impressive, and the top headband did not cause me any discomfort. The ear pads are a bit too plush and feel like they’ll wear out quickly. Heat buildup wasn’t a massive issue, but did occur. Battery life was good but not outstanding.
The mic is very flexible, but the white colored wind shield is regrettable.

Again, overall it’s a recommendation at this price point.

The 7.1 surround sound and noise-canceling mic make this headset a standout for gaming. Battery lasts forever, connects easily across devices, and the RGB looks cool. Great value for PS5, PC, or Switch.

I will preface this by saying that I'm not a gamer; however, I had been wanting a headset to use for work calls. I wouldn't use these for audio while on camera for a call (they're large and I think somewhat distracting in a professional situation), but my work phone routes through my computer, so I still take a number of regular calls. Those calls would normally flow through my mic/speakers on my laptop, for which the audio is generally serviceable, but I like to keep it docked/closed, which completely distorts my voice. A quality headset is ideal for these situations. I've asked for feedback on how things sound on their end when taking calls lately and the response has been overwhelmingly positive - some people that I speak to regularly even mentioned how crisp and clear the sound on the call was before I mentioned the new headset. It's great that the microphone piece is detachable as I also listen to music or audiobooks throughout the work day. These are the most comfortable pair of headphones I've ever owned - the padding is super soft and although the headset is rather large, it's also fairly lightweight.

These gaming headphones are surprisingly versatile and well-designed for both gaming and everyday use.
The standout feature is the tri-mode connectivity—you can switch between 2.4GHz wireless, Bluetooth, and wired, which makes it incredibly easy to go from gaming to calls without skipping a beat. Setup was quick, and switching modes is seamless.
Sound quality is solid. They also perform well for music and movies, which makes them more than just a gaming headset.
The detachable noise-canceling mic is another plus. Voice comes through clearly, and it filters out background noise well enough for both gaming chats and work calls.
Comfort-wise, they’re lightweight and easy to wear for long periods.
Only downside: If you’re using Xbox, you’re limited to wired mode, and depending on usage, the price may feel a bit high compared to basic headsets—but you’re paying for versatility and features.
Also, the battery , for me....doesn't deliver 40 hours....but it still lasts a while. Just be sure to fully charge.

Overall, this is a great all-in-one headset if you want something that can handle gaming, work, and everyday use without juggling multiple devices.

I was really surprised by these headphones, the build quality is solid the plastic feels durable and the headband adjustment is metal and has a nice tactile resistance to it, I love the button placement which is easy to press when wearing these headphones and I also like that it has a volume wheel to turn up and down instead of being buttons.

They are also very comfortable which most gaming headphones lacks, the headband and earbuds are really soft and they give no discomfort when wearing them all day even and they are reasonable lightweight compared to my other gaming headphones.

The sound quality is really good which I was not expecting from a gaming headset, they are very clear and has good bass and the mids and highs sound great in music and movies and games and the volume can go up pretty loud without any distortion, 7.1 Surround is great in games which I can hear footsteps very clear and it also sounds good in movies. And it is very easy by clicking the Mic button 3 times to turn on the 7.1 or to turn it off.

And the RGB lighting on each earcup is colorful and bright and has two modes one that it changes to different colors and then solid colors by clicking the power button two times, and while its not a needed feature it still a welcome coming with it and if you don't like it the lights can be fully turned off. Battery life has been good up to 50 hours which I already charged it up four times now and was able to get very close to that each time with the rgb lighting on while also having the headset on always, while it is not the highest battery headset I have, 50 hours is still good in my opinion and they can also be used as normal 3.5mm headphones which is another nice feature that I like!

Pairing these headphones on 2.4ghz and Bluetooth is very simple by pressing the mic button two times and I was able to use 2.4ghz on my desktop and Bluetooth on my laptop and switching to both is very fast, I also like the all in one USB dongle which has USB type A and also a TYPE C connector which is very slim so I love that design of it. Overall I do like this gaming headset it has nice features and sounds great while also having a decent removable mic design that also sounded good enough for me when I tested it with my cousin on discord to see how it sounds, i am not a voice chat person so I hardly use it but it is nice that its there when needed.

Value wise they are a great value which I would say these are a great bargain. So they do get a solid 5 stars from me, I like them👍

The headset came well packaged and protected. The headset itself looks and feels like it has been made of some good quality materials. It feels really solid and at the same time very comfortable when wearing it. The ear cushions are very soft. I do notice that at least for myself, it does start to heat up my head and ears after wearing it for about 1 hour. This is not unique to this headset, all over the ear headsets do this to me.

The sound quality is really good. I have listened to a lot of music through it and it sounds great. I have also had some MS Teams calls through it and the voices come through great. The microphone also picks up my voice really well. People on the other end of the call said that it sounded like I was right in the same room with them. I also really like that the microphone is detachable, so you can remove it when you don't want or need it. The only thing I wish it had was a microphone jack on the other side as well. I generally like to have my microphone on the right side, just a personal preference and not a deal breaker, just the way I like it.

The battery does last for a really long time and does seem to charge up quickly. I also love the fact that you can use this as a wireless or wired headset if you want/need to.

Overall, I think that this is a very good headset for the price. Although cool, I would definitely turn off the RGB logo LED colors on the ears to help conserve the battery.

These RK headphones are amazingly versatile and work with just about anything you could throw at them. They work with a headphone jack, bluetooth, or the included dongle, include a variety of accessories, and feature attractive RGB and a bright red metallic chassis that looks cool. The noise cancelling features work well and I especially appreciate that this headset is essentially plug and play. On sale for $50 at time of writing, I don't think you can do much better than these in the 3-in-1 gaming headphone space!

Pretty good headset for the price. Would put these up as budget headsets for sure. They function pretty well, sound quality is good enough to game in and use it for voice chat. Mic quality is about the standard, not the best, not the worst. About average. Overall these are good if you need something that will do the job and don't care too much about fancy bells. Solid.

I've been a long time fan of RK keyboards, so I thought I'd give their headphones a try. These headphones are light weight, have very comfortable/soft/cushioned ear covers, plenty of adjustability, and look great! The ability to connect by 2.4G/bluetooth/hardwire gives you great flexibility. My favorite way to connect is via bluetooth. The sound quality is great and gives you good bass that you just can't get with earbuds or open headphones. The detachable mic is nice so you don't have to have it on when just listening to music/watching videos. Lots of headphone for a great price. Highly recommended!

The HG103 actually feels pretty solid for the price, with a durable frame that doesn’t creak every time I adjust it on my head. The design is clearly aimed at gamers, with RGB lighting and a chunky over-ear look, but it doesn’t feel too cheap or overly flashy in person. The ear cups are comfortable enough for longer sessions, and the padding does a decent job without making my head feel like it’s being slowly compressed by bad decisions. The 50mm drivers give it enough punch that games, music, and chat all sound fuller than I expected.

Setup was easy, which I appreciated because I had no interest in turning “plug in headset” into an evening project. I tested it with 2.4G on PC, Bluetooth on another device, and the 3.5mm wired option just to see how much nonsense it would give me, and it handled all three modes well. The noise canceling mic is clear enough for team chat, though it’s not exactly studio quality, because apparently this headset still expects me to stay humble. The 7.1 surround effect is nice in games, especially shooters, where footsteps and direction matter more than my actual aim. Battery life has been solid so far, and the wireless connection stayed stable during normal use.

There are a few weak spots, mostly small ones. The RGB is fine, but I could absolutely live without glowing ear cups judging my performance. The headset also feels a little bulky, so it is not something I would wear just to casually listen to music around the house. Still, for gaming across multiple devices, it covers a lot of ground and does it pretty well.

I would think for voice and audio these would be great. I tested them out by just listening to some music and the quality wasn't amazing but it was clear enough. Where these shine is that they're wireless, the mic is detachable, and the outside of the ear cups shines. It has multiple methods of connection from USB-C, USB, bluetooth, and aux cable. It was easy to charge, easy to connect to my computer, and easy to add and remove the microphone. I tested it on my Legion Go S and it connects easily to that too.
